[Bug] Resizing jitter occurs after opening and applying settings in the Frame Settings dialog

Describe the bug

After opening the Frame Settings dialog and changing properties (such as background color), the window resizing functionality fails to work properly. Specifically, the frame jittery/stutters (repeatedly shrinking and expanding) while dragging the resize handle.

To Reproduce

1. Resize frame
2. Open frame setting dialogue window
3. Resize frame again

• It appears that forced coordinate correction is occurring during WM_SIZING

Might be related to dpi issues, to find this out I need to know how many monitors in what arrangement with what dpi and on which monitor it behaves like this.

I'm not the OP, but I've been experiencing this bug as well, and it was not fixed with that commit, nor with 1.43.1. I'm using DeskFrame on a single laptop display at 150% scaling (144 DPI; the display itself is 177 DPI).

v.1.44.0, Win 11 25H2, single monitor, 3840x2160 resolution, 225% scaling
Same issue. When opening the frame settings, its dimensions are reset to WH: 98.222222 30.222222. After this, any manual scaling of the frame results in WH: 98.222222 30.222222. The bug disappears after a while, 5-10 minutes, until the next time the frame settings are opened.
