ProjectedLocation.set() computed a new base value via the projection but never persisted it back to the underlying location — any Binding built via .projecting() (e.g. Toggle's isOn, wired through ToggleStateBool) silently dropped every write. One-line fix: call location.set(base, transaction:). @AppStorage has never been implemented upstream (issue OpenSwiftUIProject#769 is an empty tracking issue, no PR) despite OpenSwiftUICore reserving an appStorageSignal tree-value flag for it. Add a working implementation that participates in the same DynamicProperty/_makeProperty machinery @State uses, so a write correctly invalidates every View that read the key — confirmed against the real SwiftUI.swiftinterface: Apple's own AppStorage backs onto a shared, keyed UserDefaultLocation (a Location-shaped class with no Attribute/subgraph of its own), with per-View graph notification wired up separately through _makeProperty.
