Executive Presentation Blueprint: Governance-State Attestation

Audience: Prudential Supervisors, Financial Regulators, Board Risk Committees Objective: To introduce the concept of Governance-State Attestation as the next logical step beyond infrastructure assurance, building a case for its adoption as a new standard of care for supervising systemic AI risk.
