Ok found the issue, it didn't arise in development environment so I'll expand my tests to catch things like this in the future, the access transformer is missing from the jar manifest, I'm building a fix now, and we should be able to release the fix today

@brisingraerowing Thanks very much for letting me know about this, when 4.0.7 uploads to CF, that should resolve this, I've tested the new version using the same scenario in addition to some new tests
