Starting the Built Client Won't work on M1 Based Macs

Expected behavior
For the Client to Start

On M1 systems, a M1 JVM should be used with M1 natives (not automatically downloaded as of yet) to have performance as expected of the M-series chips.

You can use Rosetta with a x86_64 JVM to use the x86_64 macOS natives as is without any work.

I will keep this issue open until automatic M1 native downloading is complete.
