Missing Android 12 headers (halium-12.0 branch)

Recently `libhybris` gained support for Android 12/13 with https://github.com/libhybris/libhybris/commit/b5301ad09e0236faee38c8a8fd20a891ecdfe344 and it would be nice to have these easily available here as an "upstream".
