With `usesShadowedDependencies` enabled it's impossible to add jajar to mod archive.

`usesShadowedDependencies` will unzip any jar file in main jar to root of main jar, no matter how we added it, I tried all ways.
It makes imposible to jarjar jars to mod.
How to bypass this? Is this an issue?
