Feature Request: Backup Name

The ability to prepend a name to the backup. This is useful when backups come together from multiple minecraft servers. It is likely I will checkout the code and add this if I have time today. I have no Java experience but I am pretty good at following my nose. Just a quick question why is this project on hold? Something better is built-in to a standard tool?

@Derkades have you posted to spigotmc yet? There is a project named SimpleBackup there but that seems to be a completely different plugin and I got confused for longer than I want to admit (that plugin doesn't work for me on 1.14 but this one does and I've been using this one before anyways).
