Allow subcommands to run during active session

Feature Description

Currently you can't run most commands while it is actively working (e.g. /feedback, /model /usage, etc). This should be allowed like it is on other clients even while active.

Use Case

Makes it so you don't have to wait or open a second client to do /feedback, /status, etc. Nice QOL improvement.

Hello, thanks for the feedback. Which exact slash command would you want to see running? I agree we can make /usage and /feedback available mid turn. The former is being already worked on.

Being able to run /model (which will take affect next time you send a message), /context, /effort (again queued for next message like model), /help, /courses, basically anything which can be run without breaking the current session.
