Feature request: Custom replantable trees

Currently I have two mods that somewhat let me create custom replantable trees:

• Tree Tweaker (CT addon only); lets me define tree saplings, blocks, height, type etc.
• CofH World; lets me generate custom trees in the world, but no custom saplings to grow them.
